We allow patrons to take the online Boating License test free of charge at the Library, proctored by our Special Services Librarian and other staff!
In order to schedule a time for the exam, please call ahead at (931) 684-7323 to make an appointment or use the contact form below.
You will need to have your boating permit prior to the exam time to present to the Special Services Librarian. Free practice books for the boating exam are available for pickup at the front desk! If you do not pass your first attempt at the exam, you will be allowed a second attempt that day as long as time permits.
