Community OutreachFor many years we have visited the local day cares in Bedford County with our Bookmobile to allow the children the experience of visiting the library while never leaving their day cares. In July of 2015 our bookmobile was destroyed by fire. Thankfully, through many donations we have been able to replace the Bookmobile and have resumed our day care route in January 2017.
Computer Lab, Printing, & FaxingOur computer lab is available for free public use from the moment we open to 30 minutes before we close.
Interlibrary LoanIf there is a book, Audiobook or DVD that you want to check out, but can’t find in our collection, we will be happy to borrow it from another library for you!
Meeting RoomsWhether you need a quiet Study Room or a Community Room large enough for meetings, events, or job fairs, we have Meeting Rooms available to use for free.
Memorial DonationsYou can make donations “In Honor of” or “In Memory of” your friends and loved ones. These donations may be made in two ways; you may make a monetary donation to the Building Fund or Memorial Fund or you can donate a book*, which will then be displayed in our Memorial/In Honor of section of the library.
